We love the Kensington Park Hotel. This was our second stay with them. Always very comfortable and always professional and very helpful staff team! The location is perfect for us. Bed and pillows are so comfy, we don't want to get up in the morning. Thank you to Victoria and David for always taking great care of us!

This hotel is amazing. The location is very closed to Union Square, shops, bars and restaurants. We felt safe walking around the area. The attention and hospitality from the entire staff was incredible. Everyone was extra nice with us and made us feel very welcome. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean.

I’ve stayed here a few times and love this hotel. It has charm and character and the staff are lovely. You can catch a show without leaving the building. It’s a great value and convenient location. Only thing to keep in mind is there is no A/C but they do have ceiling fans.

Good value for solo vacations. The hotel is in a quiet neigborhood relatively insulated from the busy downtown area of Union Square. Instructions could be better about how to set the temperature of the room (only a heater is provided and no A/C is included). The bed was confortable enough but the pillows could be firmer.

I had an entirely unfavorable experience at this hotel. I had to change my room twice due to pervasive stains on both the sheets and bed covers. Additionally, the surroundings were crowded with homeless people. To be more precise, I found nothing appealing about my experience. I cannot recommend this hotel, even when faced with the limited alternatives of spending a night at the airport. Furthermore, their breakfast offerings are consisting only of tea and coffee.

clean, next to Union Square and perfect staff, from Manager to cleaning staff. Front desk personnel are so helpful, especially Victoria, Manfred and David (mgr). The rooms and beds are conformable and beautiful. SF Playhouse on Floor2 has always fantastic professional performances.
